Innovation Catalyst Grants

Seed Grants
CommunityShare’s Seed Grants Program awards up to $600 to teachers who want to implement innovative school and classroom projects with community partners during the Fall 2017 school semester. In the past, grants have funded a wide range of projects — from paying for a chicken coop built by UA staff and high school students to covering field trip costs for students to conduct field research in Chiricahua National Monument with local ecologists. We are looking for fresh, exciting ideas! Funds can be used for materials, transportation, program fees, community partner stipends, and more!

If you are a teacher in the greater Tucson region and want to apply, here is information about our Fall 2017 Seed Grant Program and our Fall 2017 Seed Grant Application. Please carefully review the grant guidelines before applying. The application should be downloaded and emailed to Kendall Crabbe at: kendall.crabbe@gmail.com. Any questions about the application process should be directed to Kendall.

Application Deadline: September 27, 2017 (deadline extended from September 22)
